Rebuild Error when creating Edge-Flange

I'm working with SW2008 SP0.0. When making Edge-Flange and then I click OK, the looks are Rebuild Error message! What is wrong in this operation? Please help.

I tried with different selections but not able to replicate this. Can you upload the file to look and investigate.

    No error here. Though it should not make any difference but try hiding the base sketch and then go for edge flange..

      I have tried but still can not. But on the other side, when I use other commands such as making Hem, there was no problem. This means that successful when I click OK. So what about that makes up the message "This operation requires a fully define sketch" when I click OK on the Edge Flange command?

        I tried same thing on SW09 and SW07 but no errors. What if you create a new file and check. And in the mean time send that file to your VAR to check.

        Mr. Deepak, the above problem seems to answer exactly the same as the answer at tread https://forum.solidworks.com/message/141913#141913. Not use option of "Use fully defined sketches" at Tools > Options > System Options > Sketch. And finally I succeeded to make Edge-Flange

        Langgeng, I never use that option and that might be the reason I'm not getting any error for edge flange or explode line
