Adding my parts in SW2007

I installed SW2007 SP0 today and tried Toolbox functions.
I cannot find "Add my parts wizard" in Toolbox menu.
On "What's new manual", I read that "Add My Parts Wizard" is replaced by another method.
Does anyone know how to add my original parts in SW2007?
