I am having trouble inserting a Design Table into

I have created a part with a number of configurations created with a design table and am trying to make a drawing. I would like to insert the design table into the drawing but when I go to menu item "Insert, Table" the design table selection is greyed out. Any ideas. I am running Solidworks 2008 with Excel 2003.
