Look for blue colored segments in the sketch edit mode as they are under defined (blue color is default for under-defined sketches)

Thats right but some time i can't see any blue color but still it shows it is under defined

I've seen this before too. You can try Tools - Dimensions - Fully define sketch.

Have you imported from dwg or dxf ?
Is the show color activated ?
