Any idea how to use Toolbox structural members (for example DIN IPE-bars)
as structural members in weldment parts ?
..

You can create customized weldment profile using dimensions from those structural members. Here is a tutorial on How to create Weldment Profile

This has been a complaint of mine since weldments came out.
You can not use these profiles directly in weldments.
You could open the files delete the body and save the remaining sketch in the weldment profiles directory.
