weldmend profile part number

we have weldment part number assign to weldmend profile and when creating cutlist on the drawing this part number does not appear in the table
Part number column exist
I can update part number by adding it to cutlist properties but I have to do it for each weldment
What Im I missing to have this done automatically?

Ed,

Did you update the Cutlist? Go to Cutlist on your Design Tree, Right Click and select Update.
The only other reason I could think of is that Custom Properties for weldments are case sensitive; just make sure the property on your Cutlist template matches exactly.

are you using an imported body from another part file or truely a profile that you are attaching to a sketch segment? I have found the second works just fine the first not at all. I see this as quite a problem too as we try to model some parts on their own (even sub-weldments) but then without this information being imported automatically it is difficult because we have to manually type in the information whenever it is used.

I do insert predefined profiles from weldmend profile folder
the funny thing is it that some shapes do not have number and when I open weldment shape(profile) and I go to properties I cant add part number property to it maybe it is the problem
I use sw quite some times and I do understand linking file to its location maybe it is bug in 2008
any hint?please
