Wrong quantity in cut list

I sent a weldment off to a fab shop and got a call back. A quantity of 28 was in the cut list for one item, but the weldment only needs 20. I went back to the cut list in the model and found identical solids on top of each other. Cant' figure out how this happened and having a heck of a time trying to fix it.

Anyone else experienced this?
