not possible. it's assumed that all items in a weldment are of the same material. use custom property to display material property in title block or wherever you choose.
or if you must have in cut list, type in material property for each cut list item manually

Right click on cut list, de-select automatic.
Ctrl+select items you want to create a cut list item for,
right click,
create cut list item
You can get the material specified in the model to appear in the cutlist but again, you have to enter the variable youself. For example, in the material field enter the following:
"SW-Material@name of your part.SLDPRT" or "SW-Material"
Or you can put in the material that may be specified in your custom properties by entering $PRP:"MATERIAL"
