Weldment drawings

Can anybody tell me if there is a way of making a drawing for eachindividual item on a weldment as this will give a much clearerpicture of what i am try to make to the people on the shopfloor who manufacture the parts.

One more question if I can pick your brains, I have customproperties on the individual parts, can I bring these onto thedrawing by linking a note to the properties?

not sure, i don't make separate drawings for each item.
the custom properties (solid body) will show up in the cut-list though.

a weldment is a good example of a part which requires a multisheet drawing.

I have not found a way to insert the properties from an insertedpart into the weldment but you can assign new properties(description, length width etc.) right in the weldment part in thecutlist if this is what you mean...

Thanks Alex,
Using the method you described works fine as I now insert a balloononto the individual part and in the balloon text change to customproperties which lets me insert the part no. from the parts customproperties.
In the individual parts custom properties I have the part No. and abrief description of the part saved as the PARTNUMBER, so afterremoving the circle and arrow I now have a linked note by eachpart.

create a "relative view". by default only a single body will be displayed in the view.
