Using Cut List with Configurations

Hi all.
I have two confiurations of my part shown in my drawing. When I insert the ballons in the second configuration view, SolidWorks does not recognize the common parts and all the ballons in this view come with the number 1.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

In my case, I have a chassis with a sheet welded on the bottom. I need to show on my drawing a view only for the chassis and another for the entire weldmment, then I have these two configurations in my part.

I assume you mean you have the as machined and as welded configurations shown on your drawing. SolidWorks links the cutlist to the as welded configuration. Unless the as machined config looks the same as the as welded, the balloons will not display correctly. This is correct functionality because the as machined alters the as welded.
