I would say probably not. I know back in versions 2006 they had a "laptop" license thing where you could install the same serial on another machine, but ever since activation with 2007 I don't think that is the case anymore.
First thing I would do is ask your reseller if it's possible, then if it is, ask your employer if it is ok with them. You don't want to do so without clearing it with them.

The SolidWorks license agreement states that if the license is permanently installed on the hard disk or other storage device of a computer (other than a network server) and one person uses that computer more than 80% of the time it is in use, then that person may also use the Software on a portable or home computer. For each serial number, you will use the same registration code for your office and home installations. You must register your office installation first.
