Whenever I apply a material it changes the color of my part. I instead have to perform the following steps to apply the material without changing part color:

Rright-click Material

Select Edit Material

Uncheck "Apply appearance of:xxx"

Click Apply

Is there anyway to not apply material appearance by default?  Also, after I have applied a material (w/o appearance) if I Right-click Material and select Remove Material, the color is changed as well.
