This is probably pretty simple but i'm not finding it. I have 4 bom items & 4 balloon items. The order of the sequence is off. If i make the balloons 1,2,3,4, then the boms are out of order. If i put the boms in order, then the balloons are out of order. How do u synchronize both together?

Are you manually changing the balloon text when placing the balloon? You do not need to do this.
First add your BOM to the drawing. Then in the view you are adding balloons to RMB on the view and select Properties. In the panel that comes up be sure that in Balloons (bottom right) there is a check mark in Link Balloon Text To Specified Table. This will assure your balloon numbers match the BOM.

I answered my own question. I guess u can just scroll drag boms into another place to match the balloon arrangement or at least that's one way to solve the problem.
