Good cosmos book recommendations?

Hi.

I'm just starting to get into simulation and cosmos, and wondering if anyone can point me to a good book or two on learning and using it. Right now, I am primarily interested in splined shaft connections and stresses, so anything that would include specific information on those kinds of connections would be a plus.

I currently have cosmos 2007 on a separate machine, tho I'm using SW2009 for everyday work. I realize I'll have to parasolid any models I create in 2009.

thanks,

john
