Is there a way to rename a existing User Standard in toolbox?
For a Hole Wizard Standard, the interface does not offer a means to change the name, but it is easy to do in Access. First, make a backup of your SWBrowser.mdb file. Next, save all you current work in SW (or exit all documents in SW). Launch the SWBrowser.mdb file, find the "Standards" table, and edit the standard name (custom standards ONLY) to your hearts content. Next, the section in the calloutformat.txt file must also be edited so the standard name is correct at the top of your custom standard section.
I don't know if this will work for the full toolbox. I don't use that feature.
Are you trying to rename your whole standard or just one part of it?
There seems to be now way to rename it in the toolbox setup. Since you cannot do it there you would have to rename everything in the swbrowser.mdb file. Depending on how much you have in your custom standard this could be very time consuming and hope you don't skip one table. Sounds like we need a ER so that you can rename a custom standard easily.
