MN SW User Group meeting 11/11

Discussion created by Dan Podzimek on Oct 26, 2009

This quarter the meeting will be hosted by ATK Commercial Products – Federal Premium Ammunition. Steve Prodger, a long time MNSUG member, will show us how ATK uses Solid Works and how they handle and share data between their different sites. The ATK facility has a clubhouse on site to host the meeting and I encourage everyone to attend. Because of the security requirements we will need to submit a list of attendees along with their citizenship status prior to the meeting. Please RSVP by November 4th and plan a little extra time to get through the security gate.

We will also have Jason Schroeder from Symmetry Solutions for technical support and to show his favorite new features in SolidWorks 2010. If you missed the SolidWorks 2010 rollout you won’t want to miss this.

Bring a current problem you’re having with SolidWorks, a tip or a trick to show at the Open Mouse portion of the meeting. Feel free to bring your files if you want to demo an example. Everyone who steps up will get a prize.

When:  Wednesday, November 11 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Where:  ATK - 1501 East Main Street, Anoka, MN 55303
Cost:  Free and open to all SolidWorks users
