Tools > Options > Graphics Boost is the only one I know of in eDrawings. Set it to 'Best Performance' and see if the issue goes away.
That seems to be a graphics card issue. If this is a real issue for you then try updating to the latest drivers for your video card.
This behavior is by design. For large assemblies which the graphics cannnot keep up with, eDrawings drops off smaller components in the view so that the frame rate is maintained and the rotate performance remains as interactive as possible.
To make sure you are getting the best performance out of eDrawings, update your drivers and set eDrawings graphics card settings to best performance.
