Set up a new user and getting the following error -
"No database is connected to this view"
Any suggestions to resolving?

Just a few silly q's first.
When you say 'set up a new user' did you create a 'new' view also or are you attaching a new user account to an existing 'Local View' previously created for another user on that PC? If that is the case then this will only work if the view was created 'For All Users' as this adds the required info to the 'local machine' registry instead of the 'local user' one.
Secondly, has the user's SolidWorks registry been reset / deleted since the view was created? If the view is 'local' to the user then the registry info linking it to the Archive Server and database will be in a SolidWorks subkey.
I've recently had this same issue with 2013.... any way to solve it?
