Basically as the title suggests, is there any way in simulation to create multiple bolted connections? I have two flanged connections with 24 holes on each, I would rather not have to do it manually..

Yeah that's what I did, still takes a while, especially selecting a hole, changing field, selecting other side of hole..
Would be nice if your could pick a face and it detected all the holes of the same size, then you could remove ones you don't need should that be the case. For the nut side pick the face and all holes that line up with the first selection are selected by default.

Yeah but the geometry is imported, as is about 50% of FEA geometry. I did think about creating the holes again but time would have been about the same.
You need to have SolidWorks Professional or SolidWorks Premium to have FeatureWorks as free add on. It will be best to recreate the holes. Just create one one and pattern it.
Will just recreate the hole next time if the number of flanges is great enough, thanks for clearing that up.

Don't forget to look for symmetry!
Applying 8 bolt connectors is quicker than applying 16, and your solution will come faster, too! (IF symmetry applies, of course.)
