There is a current limitation with the Nvidia FX3800 and latest SolidWorks approved Nvidia graphics driver (182.46) where the SolidWorks application is not listed for optimization from within the Nvidia control panel.  It's documented in the latest Quadro driver release notes for version 191.00 as a SolidWorks issue.

From Quadro Driver Version 191.00 Notes "Solidworks 2009–Application profile is not shown in the Nvidia ControlPanel when SolidWorks 2009 is installed. ]This is an issue with the application shortcut."

Are there any Dell/FX3800 users out there who are affected by this and who can offer suggestions for manually optimizing the card settings for SolidWorks?  Is the "3D App - Default" with vertical sync "Forced Off" the best place to start?  Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,

Gabe
