planes not selected

Hi,

I am not able to select the planes in an assembly although when moving the mouse over a plane a white rectangle with the plane name shows.

SW2006.

Can other elments be selected? (faces, edges, axes, etc)

Check the Selection Filters (f5)

  I restarted Solidworks and it works now but I don't know what was wrong. I noticed that the planes are not blue now but light brown.
  The selection filters were not checked before and now.

    You can select the planes from the Feature Tree. They will change colors if they are in show mode or hidden mode.
