When I select a group of files and send them through a transition in my workflow, the dialog box shows that there are a lot more files that it plans to move into that transition than just the ones I selected.  Apparently EPDM assumes that I will always want to run all referenced files through the transition at the same time as the selected files.  I don't.

I can go through the list in the dialog and uncheck those files I don't want transitioned, but that gets very tedious very fast.  Is there a setting I've missed somewhere that says "Only transition files that have been explicitly selected for transition" ?
