Photo Works "Rendering Options" Not Launching

The "Rendering Options" button in the Photoworks menu and the tool bar does not launch the rendering options dialogue box where you can adjust settings.

I have tried the following:

Restarted SolidWorks

Unloaded photoworks add-in

Reloaded photoworks

Updated to 2009 release 4.1

Added another icon in the customize menu

Tried windows tricks to recover windows that have wondered off the desktop

Threatened the computer with violence.

I haven't used photoworks in a month so this has been an annoying and ill timed suprise.

Have you tried to re-boot the whole system?

Called my VAR and the answer was to edit the registry key to reset the window in place.

The registry keys responsible where OPTIONDIALOGPOSITIONX and OPTIONDIALOGPOSITIONXY.
Both of those where reset to zero and the dialoge box reapired in the top left corner of my monitor.
