IN MY SOLIDWORKS DRGS WHEN I USE LINES, THE TWO END POINTS OF THE LINES SHOW UP. IS THERE ANY SETTING TO SWITCH OFF THAT END POINTS SO THAT THEY WONT SHOW UP.
If you take a look at the attachment you could find the end points of the lines are visible as dots, which looks ugly in a drg sheet. The print of this drg will be fine, but in the screen it looks like this.
Any settings to turn that off?
thanks Kelvin. That worked
Something had been bothering me about your image, and I just realised that you have a portion of a drawing view showing, so you must have the border drawn as a sketch on the main sheet, and not in the sheet format. Is that correct or am I misinterpretting the image?
On my install, the endpoints only show up in a sketch on the main drawing sheet. The sheet format elements do not show the end points unless I go into the Edit Sheet Format mode ... but in that mode I don't see the drawing views.
yes i have drawn the sketch lines in the main sheet and not in the sheet format. wherever i draw a line segment (either main sheet or the sheet format the end points show up) After i change the setting in the option everthing looks fine. Thanks again.
Have you recently tried sketches in the Edit Sheet mode?
Here's a screenshot of a drawing (not in Edit Sheet mode) with a sketch on the main sheet.
Note the sheet format sketch elements do not show the sketch end points.
