When creating a plain hole within hole wizard, you DO NOT get the option of selecting a predetermined hole clearance fit for what ever screw you are wanting to pass thru your part.  Example:  1/4-20 socket head screw.  For a counter sunk hole, you get three different types of fits (close, normal, and loose).  Want a plain jane hole for the same bolt....DENIED!  Ha Ha!!!!  You get the pleasure of whipping out your books and studiyng what drill sizes are available and or adequate to deliver your design intent for the fit.  So....WHATS UP WITH THAT??????  I suppose I am the only one who needs clearance fits for fasteners (WITHOUT HEAD CONDITIONS).  I am really dissapionted with the hole wizard in the fact that every fastener hole requires some sort of fit, and that should be at my fingertips.  Not to mention the fact that hole wizard still does not physically cut threads into your model which is completly lame.

P.S.

Studying drill charts is almost as counter-productive as writing this thread, but it does feel good to vent, complain and wine a little.
