Deformed Body Not Accurate to Results

Hi all,

I am trying to use the "Create body from deformed shape" functionality of Simulation 2009.  However, I am finding that something is lost in translation between the displayed results (of the deformed body at true scale) and the exported part.  I ran a Large Displacement simulation with a No penetration contact set, which seemed to come out very accurate and there was no interference of the two parts.  However, when I exported it, the two parts did interfere.

It seems like the program is simply interpolating points on the deformed surfaces, and not doing a good enough job of it.  Is there any way to increase the accuracy of this or get around this problem?  I need a fairly accurate (and especially contact-friendly) model for a flow simulation.
