Flattening Large Radius Closed Corners...

If you are using the flat the part immediatley function you should try this. Use the "unfold" technique and then select all bends. The flatten all immediatley function does not take into account what the actual flat pattern should look like in regards to the bend relief. Just another idea, but I know it works.
