Virtual Memory & RAM Issues

Alright, this is kind of weird, if anyone has any suggestions or advice I would love to here your opinion.  OK so we have this one machine here that seems to be dumping everything out of RAM and sticking it into Virtual Memory.  So here's the scenario, we open up a really big assembly or just some simple parts, then open a part from the assembly, make a few modifications to a simple little part.  As soon as we go back to the assembly, that's when it starts to dump everything out of RAM and stick it into Virtual Memory.  The PC is pretty much useless after that.  What would cause this?  One thing to note that we found, the user has some hotkeys set  and one of them is (W) which is assigned to the function: Window => Browse Open  Documents.  The system seems to stall and dump every time we invoke that function.  If we just go to window and choose the other document it's fine.  It's only if you go to Window=>Broswe Open Documents.  It takes forever to even open the little screen, becuase it's dumping everything out of RAM.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the specs of the machine:

Dell Precision T3400

Duo Core 3.00GHz

8GB RAM

Quadro FX 3700  Driver 6.14.11.6956

Windows XP Pro 64bit SP2

SolidWorks 2009 SP4.1

Thanks,

Jason
