Here is a summary of what will be presented:

“YOUR VIRTUAL TOOL BOX”The focus of our presentation will be the latest technologies  which are available based on utilizing SolidWorks to create 3D products.  We will focus on the introduction of the DMLS-Direct Metal Laser Sintering process…..a tremendous leap into the future for additive metal manufacturing of parts in 17-4 Stainless Steel and Cobalt Chrome. Very accurate “machined/cast like” usable parts that for some have become a true production process in low volume. In addition we will present many of the new materials options in the SLA and SLS categories; SLA Extreme which creates durable injection molded finish type parts, DSM 18420 a high impact/high heat material with great accuracy, Windform XT a carbon fiber filled SLS material for very strong and durable models that are electrically and thermally conductive and “FRPA”/Fire Retardant SLS material; which has passed aircraft burn, smoke and toxicity, as well as UL 94 V-O flammability testing.   Furthermore…we will display parts and process from the latest Objet Connex 500 technology that jets multiple model materials simultaneously creating models in both solid and rubber/silicone like materials capable of being co-printed together…..like overmolded parts.  Beyond 3D we will discuss utility.  Rapid Manufacturing processes directly from 3D SolidWorks files.  Rapid Sheet Metal thru Rapid Casting Programs!

There will be food and door prizes.

Hope to see you there!
