I have a PDF file in the vault. It's at version 2 and I have version 1 local. I cannot get the latest....I get a message "An attempt was made to access a file that is exclusively opened by another application."  Now I'm guessing that something still has that file open somewhere but the question is "what" has it open. I've looked in the task manager but there is nothing obvious.

Clearing the local cache will not remove the local copy. I've logged out....but nothing changes.

Finally, I had to "kill" the explorer process. Any ideas what caused this? Is this likely to be a reoccuring problem in the future?
