A very big annoyance is when the split feature or mirror feature is used the hole detail is lost when it comes to creating a detailed drawing.  This is a big issue as many time we make a part that is too long to manufactue in one part and create it in sections.  It is created in solidworks as one long part and then using the split feature divided into the individual components.  When it comes to detail the part all of holes are dumb cut features.  If it is a tapped hole, it doesn't even show up as a tapped hole anymore.  All the hole detail is lost.  The same situation happens when a hole is mirrored. This is a problem when it comes to manufacturing as some tapped holes are shown as tapped holes and any tapped holes that involve the split or mirror command look like a plain hole.

This seems to be a major flaw or am I missing something.
