We have an electrical group here that uses Autocad Electrical.  They are exploring the possibility of using a PDM system for their data, and I have attended a couple of presentataions of the Autodesk offering showing how it can interface with SW.  Are there any current or past Autodesk Vault users here who could elaborate the pros and cons of this system?

We have legacy SW data that goes back as far as SW98 and have had 3 or 4 different filing methods and custom property layouts in that time.  I'm trying to get a feel for how painful it will be to move all this legacy data into the vault and still reap the benefits of a PDM system.
