We're currently assessing Routing for electrical and fiber routing for our systems. I've looked through the threads but could find no mention of fiber routing. Is anyone doing this? Do you include splices and service loops, how do you make the fiber visible enough when it is only 250 micron diameter?

We do fairly complex opto electrical assemblies which require a lot of 3D fiber and electrical wiring, which up till now, has been string and guess modeling. I'd like to move it into this century.
