I have used Workstation Specialists as they are now known and as CAD2, on both occassions the response has been very good.
The last work station purchased (May 2010) was their WS1400 entry level machine but with a mid level graphics card (Nvidia Quadro FX1800?). The hard drive died after 11 months and the whole machine was returned under warranty, the machine with new hard drive was returned within a couple of days. The service met with my requirements and the phone technical help was excellent.
In a previous company there were 6 CAD2 badged workstations and the supplier was on site the next day as there were major problems with the machines crashing using PDMworks. After completely reformatting all the work stations and reloading the software Solidworks finally admitted there was a software problem and not a computer one.
