Only with Premium, and Scan to 3D.
Sketchup is a Mesh modeler, and there is no quick way to go from mesh to NURBS.
You can sometimes get it to work by going into your Options... from the File>Open command, and then selecting "open as solid", but that only works for very simple shapes. If your sketchup is simple enough that is quick and painless.
Even if the import options are set properly, there is a current limitation in SolidWorks (Solution S-015640):
If there are more than 20,000 faces in the STL, it will only come in as a surface.
If there are more than 100,000 faces, it will only come in as STL Graphics.
Workaround is to use Scan to 3D as Charles mentioned. This Premium Add-in will tell you how many faces there are, and let you simplify the mesh.

Well, the model is not that simple (BMW X3), the STL is just good enough for reference anyway. I guess I'll have to start working on my surfacing.
