Use Pack and Go if you don't know the location of each part
or if they are placed in different folders/locations. Else simply
copy paste the files to a different location.

However, if I just copy the assembly and paste into another folder
and open it then it looses all relationships . For example, I have
a part in the assembly that has holes related to it and it needs to
be moved, I can move the part but the holes will not follow the
part like they did in the first assembly. Is there a way to keep
the relations without having to start over on the assembly?
when making parts that will go into many different
assemblies..DO NOT HAVE FEATURES WITH EXTERNAL RELATIONS! if a part
is only in the assembly you made the exteral relation in, thats
fine, but not if being used all over the place
