1700FX and XP 64

I've seen some apparent issues between Vista 64 and a Quadro 1700FX. We are considering upgrading from XP to XP 64 (not Vista). Do the same issues exist there?
So far, this is all that is holding us back.

Jeff,
We run XP 64/Quadro FX1700/Latest SW reccomended driver and have seen no issues with this setup.

    I would not use windows xp x64. It was written as a 32 bit OS and has a lot of problems. The fx1700 has trouble with dual moniters too under xp x64. But I have ran that setup for a year and have had only a couple of crashes. Wait until win7 comes out.
