SolidWorks 2020 SP 4.0

Is anybody having an issue where the scale shown in a drawing view's properties is high by an order-of-magnitude?

In the example below, the actual scale is 1:5.

If I clear that 1:50 and enter 1:5, the scale does not change (meaning: the view on the sheet does not grow or shrink).
