I have scanned the grille of a car. I have also designed a basic rectangular solid body in SW. I need to find a way to position the solid such that it intersects with the mesh in order to cut the solid with the mesh so the resulting solid will perfectly fit into the grille once the object has been printed. The goal is to create custom mounts for accessory lights.

So first, can this be done? Second, if so, how do I do so?
