Empty drawing template for a sheet metal part

I'm trying to do an drawing template for sheet metal parts made fo several views: front, upper, right, isometric and flattened view. I can put all the empty views to create the front, upper, right and isometric but I can't create an empty view of a fllattened view.

I know that SolidWorks creates automatically a default flattened view in a sheet metal part/drawing, but when I want to create it whitout having a shet metal part opened I can't find the way to put an empty view containing the flattened view.

Any ideas?

Actually SW doesn't automatically create a flat pattern until you request it at the drawing stage. We would have loved to have a sheet template that was already laid out.

I don't think you can store a flatten view in the template. SW only stores predefined or empty view.
