The hole callout for multiple drawings I am creating have incorrect depths. One shows 'THRU' when it is not, and the other shows a depth of 6.5mm when it is actually thru (an 8.5mm part). Both of these features are revolved cuts, could that be where the issue is coming from?
I have tried to manually change the dimensions but that does not work.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the insights Josh. I have been told by our machinists that they prefer hole callouts in this orientation so that why I am going forward with it. Mostly just confused by the incorrect dimensions. As I said though they were created with revolved cuts, not the hole wizard, so nothing was defined at 'blind'.

I would suggest another conversation with your machinists, hopefully with the company of an experienced engineer.
There are aspects of your holes (the filleted edge, chamfers, etc) that are missing from your plan view and cannot be dimensioned without a section view. You also can't specifiy surface finish required for the various surfaces you have. I completely agree with standard drill/tap/c'bore etc being show in plan view, but these multi-stepped holes with and without chamfers are too complex to use plan view callouts.
This is part of the reason hole callouts are not getting your dimensions right. The holes are too complex, and the algorithm this tool uses to attempt to analyze the geometry can't handle it. I have never used the hole callout annotation on non-HW holes, so I didn't realize that edits to this type of hole callout look like they should work, but the change is not accepted (at least in 2020 SP4). Callouts made on HW holes are editable. This looks like a bug.
I believe your options are to either dimension in section, or rather than using the hole callout annotation you can use actual diameter dimensions, changing the leader options to look like hole callouts, and typing in the extra stuff you want.
First insight: Other than plain drill/tap holes, standard counterbores, or standard countersinks, dimension your holes in a section view rather than plan view. This has nothing to do with SW.
Second insight: Hole wizard holes that cut all the way through but are defined as blind will show up blind in their callout.
If you attach SolidWorks files instead of PDFs we can probably have more insights.
