Need to add nut to be welded to the detail without making a new assembly
You could create a coordinate system into both parts. Insert the weld nut into the other part and locate using the coordinate systems.
Thank you , I found the option : insert part / browse the part/ transfer solid body/locate part with move/matte setting /add / select all mates without exit the part
