No, that didn't fix my problem. In the picture below I am working in an active sketch. I have the line command activated. When drawing the line I can't see the line until I click on the intended endpoint. You can see the coordinates preview circled in red.
Graphics problem. Try disabling Enhanced graphics performance (hopefully this works). If not, enable "Use software OpenGL". If this fixes it, that means your graphics card and/or driver are not compatible with SW.
That isn't any setting to turn on or off. See if anything at Why am I getting weird graphics issues? will help.
I assume you mean this setting?
