Hi all,
So in the attached file, I'm trying to create a Revolved Boss/Base using "SKETCH Rev Content" & "SKETCH Rev Axis". However, I get an error when I try to do so, and I'm thinking it's probably because "SKETCH Rev Content" doesn't appear to be showing up as a closed contour. Does anybody have any idea as to why it's not? It certainly appears to be a single closed shape...
Any help is appreciated!

You have overlapping sketch lines on the centerline in the second sketch (the Content sketch). You have to draw clean sketches. No gaps or overlaps.

Your axis should be a construction line, not continuous.
Sometime wrong with how you sketch the profile.
SW doesn't consider endpoints of line connect to the other two.
The coincident constrain show it constrain to the circle.
You can still revolve by selecting area inside the profile.
I sketch another on the left without constraining to anything.
So sketch the profile first then constrain it to other reference could work better.
Works for me.
I've run into some bad behavior with this command, but found that if I start the Revolved Boss/Base command, then select the vertical axis (construction line), then select between the three sketch segments to select the contour, the command executes as expected. If I select in other sequences, the command does not behave, even if I select the same items.
Ahh, this worked! All I had to do was select the area in the profile rather than just the sketch as a hole in the feature manager.
