I'm sure this applies to a lot more things than "radiused" labels, but I would like to change the way I modeled the attached label/sticker such that the "substrate" is comprised of the arrow only. In other words, there will be no overage.
How is this best accomplished?

Add an extrude cut after you wrap the arrow, cut away the outside of the sketch, using the arrow sketch as your profile. See attached.

Tried it. It worked, but a couple questions please:
1. What are the hand icons in your file? I've never seen them before.
2. Both your file and the one I tried look a little funky at the tips of the arrows. Not sure what that is?

The hand icon means the sketch is shared/used between 2 features.
I hadn't noticed the difference at the points, it's due to the emboss feature of the wrap.
Changed to emboss feature of the wrap to a scribe, and it comes out clean, .005 thick arrow only, not .005 and .001 thick arrows as before.
I'm a bit emmarassed to say that I was not aware of the "shared sketch" functionality.
I learned not one but two SW things today.

I hate to bother you again, Mark, but this morning I tried making a "B" label and the cut failed, I guess due to the two "insides" of the B. Any workaround for this maybe? Thanks.

Other than that, it works beautifully.
Do the center parts of the B in their own sketch, then the outside of the B in it's own sketch.

I converted the edges of the solid body created by the B wrap feature.
