I need an approximate way of flattening a surface in Solid Works 2009. The surface has a constant thickness, but the deformation is non-gaussian and therefore it cannot be transformed into a simple sheet metal (i.e. it is bent and deformed in more than one direction at the time).

Is there a "quick and dirty" way of doing this in Solid Works? I don't need very high accuracy for this part.
