I am trying to rename a file in PDM from the file explorer. I have the part checked out. But I get an odd error.

"Item can not be moved on the local disk."

"You do not have Move folder permissions for the parent folder."

Then it shows the Found In and Destination Folder path and they're the same thing.

I can't show an image of the error since the file path shows sensitive information. 

Any idea what it's doing and how to fix it?
