Which SolidWorks version are you using?
For SW2019: Within Hole Wizard, check Thread class and select the class from the dropdown (but your class isn't listed):
On the drawing, you must add the class to the hole callout by typing <hw-threadclass> in the Dimension Text box.
Or you can click the Callout Variables button and select it from the list:

As far as I know, SolidWorks is not fully conform ISO standards. One of the things missing, or even incorrect, are the Thread classes 1B, 2B or 3B selectable, and not the ones shown below. Maybe within another 20 years, SolidWorks will be able to comply to ISO standards. Until then, we need to put in data manually.

It's not an SW version issue as I posted above, but a drafting standard implementation.
Frank Oostendorp is correct, SW isn't ISO ready.
Above, my screen shot is ANSI, but change to ISO and there is no thread class option in HW:
