Today, I was studying the forming tools and unintentionally deleted the forming toll from the "ribs" folder on my pc. As such, i would like to know if someone can send me the folders of the default formings tools or send only the forming tool in question.

You can find them in your installation files. If not PM me you email id and I would send them out. Do mention your SW version.
You should be able to contact your VAR to get that very easily. Honestly, even if you aren't on subscription, they may still accommodate you.
The ribs folder is within the design library:
C:\ProgramData\SOLIDWORKS\SOLIDWORKS 20XX\design library\forming tools
Unless you repathed design library to another drive letter, it should be in Recycle Bin (unless you held down Shift when you deleted it).
Check Recycle Bin and if it's there, right click and select Restore.
