How to force SWX to recognize that I actually do have the software on my computer?
SWX 2020 SP5 & Word 2016 32bit
MS office was already installed then I installed SWX Simulation Premium. For some reason when I go to publish an FEA report it looks like it is going through all the steps but it never actually publishes the report.
I have looked all over for something that would point SWX to the Word application but can't find it in Options nor in the Simulation tab Options.
OK, solved the problem. It was software added by my company during an automatic 'upgrade'. Classifier s/w by, Bolten James, seemed to be hijacking the report - wouldn't let it become finalized and viewed. There was no error, no warning, no nothing; just hung that final step. SWX wasn't affected once it had done it's thing.
Uninstalled the Classifier s/w and SWX publishes the FEA report just as it always had.
